Update on available appointments: It's correct that when you login to the portal, you don't see any available appointments. Our booking processes is temporarily changed - you will now be assigned the appointments. You will receive an email with your appointment times in the next one to three months. If you can't attend these times, contact
support@paloma.health to request another time. We intend to schedule both appointments close together to minimise the time between them.
