Update on available appointments: It's correct that when you login to the portal, you don't see any available appointments. Our booking processes is temporarily changed - you will now be assigned the appointments. You will receive an email with your appointment times in the next one to three months. If you can't attend these times, contact us to request another time. We intend to schedule both appointments close together to minimise the time between them.
Paloma Health is not an emergency service and we are unable to provide out of hours support.
If you or your child need urgent help, please either dial 999, go to your closest Accident and Emergency (A&E) service or contact your GP depending on the urgency of the need. You can also get advice from 111 or using 111 online.
