Want to make a difference? So do we

Considering a job at Paloma Health? We know changing careers can feel daunting. That's why we're organising the "Make a difference" event, a chance for potential future neurodevelopmental assessor colleagues to get a sneak peek into life at Paloma Health.

My work doesn't feel like it's just a treadmill of assessments but within that there are opportunities to contribute to others' development, problem solve and overcome challenges with real team work.

There are lots of opportunities to learn from colleagues and the wonderful families we meet, share success, feed into the service development etc - that's something a lot of assessment roles definitely don't provide, and I've loved that about Paloma Health so far!
